Illumina is excited to provide a new transportation program to support your corporate transportation needs. We will be launching this program with our transportation partner, Swoop, starting Monday, October 10th. Swoop will provide transportation services to/from various locations (see below) where you can reserve vehicles directly for company travel.

• Where do I book?

Please use this Illumina transportation portal for all bookings: https://customer.moovs.app/illumina/new/info

• How does this program work?

• To book transportation, please go here: https://customer.moovs.app/illumina/new/info

  • Enter in your trip details, total travelers, and any notes needed
  • Select your route and request the transportation
  • Once you request, Swoop will quickly verify the trip and send you a confirmation
  • To see past, future bookings or access invoices, simply login into the portal in the top left corner
  • On the day of the ride, you will be able to access driver details from the portal as well as view driver tracking

• Where is travel approved for this program?

Currently travel is approved for the following routes:

• LAX to San Diego, nearby cities

  • San Diego to LAX, nearby airports
  • Within Mexico City
  • Within Bogota, Colombia
  • Within Sao Paulo City, Brazil
  • Within Rio City

• How do I pay for this trip?

You will pay directly with your travel card within the Swoop/Illumina portal.

• What information is needed from me?

Your name and illumina email address will be needed along with a phone number to send trip status updates. Your information will never be shared.
